The flat.

I mentioned a while back that my friend Nicola & I had decided to move to London together. Well, we've found a flat! It's all very exciting/scary. The flat's above a corner shop, and I'm slightly in love with the old Wall's ice cream sign outside the lounge window...

We bought ice creams from the shop and sat in what is soon to be our local park after we signed the contracts. Can't wait to get up there now.

A few days away

I spent a few days in the south of France last week. My grandparents spend a fortnight out there every summer, and this year I gatecrashed. It was lovely! A lazy few days spent sitting, reading, wandering, swimming... Took a boat across to St Tropez one day, which was all very swish. Back home, back to reality, back to work tomorrow, and back to the ever-growing To Do list.
