Full Of Beans

I've been a bit rubbish at posting on here lately. But I've not really had anything to share with the blog world until now. I'm coming to the end of my packing brief for college, so thought I'd post a couple of images.

We were given names of four fictitious types of shop. I chose the Politically Correct Health Shop, & so I had to design packaging for a range of products suited to that shop.

I decided to go with soya products for children. I figured the whole 'free from' angle that many shops take is a bit negative, so I wanted to shout about what my products were 'full of' instead. The answer being beans!

I'm just finishing making 3D mock-ups of the cartons, so when I photograph them I'll put them on here. But we also had to design magazine adverts for our products:

So if you hadn't worked it out, I've used politically correct flavours. Blackberry is now berry-of-colour, and mango is now persongo. The cartons also state that the products have never been in the presence of a cow.

I've become quite attached to my happy soya beans...
